Filters allow you to specify criteria for searching, exporting or importing. It means that MultiTerm will only consider those entries that match the filter criteria when performing these functions. You can filter on all fields except multimedia fields.
For example, you can find all the entries that were created after a certain date.
Filters can be created and edited using the Filter Wizard. You can create two types of filter, simple and advanced.
If you are browsing through the termbase, all entries appear.
There is a three-state filter button which lets you select how the filtered entries are displayed in the browse pane.
