MultiTerm allows you to open and search in more than one termbase at the same time. The termbases that you include in the search are set in the Project Properties dialog box.
If you are using a sequential search, the termbases are searched in the order that they were placed in the project. This search order can be changed in the Project Properties dialog box by removing the termbases from the project and then adding them again in the search order that you want.
If you choose to run a parallel search, each termbase is searched simultaneously and all the results are displayed together, no matter from which termbase they originated.
Note:
You should always check your source and target language (index) in each termbase to make sure that the search is carried out on the correct index fields.
Once you search multiple termbases, the only way to return to a single termbase search is to disable all the termbases except the default termbase in the project for searching.
