When you are using a remote termbase, your access rights depend on the role that is assigned to you for that termbase. For example, a you might have an administrator role on one termbase and be able to edit entries, but a public role on another termbase and only be able to have read access to entries. Access rights are set up using MultiTerm Administrator. This program is used to assign each user a user name and password and role(s) for a remote termbase(s). The access rights are associated with this user profile . |
