You must activate a filter before MultiTerm will take the filter criteria into account when searching or exporting. You may need to deactivate it again when you want to view all entries as normal.
Select the filter from
the Filters box in the Properties
toolbar
.
Alternatively you can select Filters from the Search menu. The Termbase Catalogue dialog box opens. Select the filter and click Yes in the Activated box.
Select <no filter> from the Filters box in the Properties toolbar.
Alternatively you can select Filters from the Search menu. The Termbase Catalogue dialog box opens. Select the filter and click No in the Activated box.
The filter button is located beside the Filters box in the Properties toolbar. If you click this, a list containing three options appears: No filter, Highlights matching entries and Displays matching entries only. Select one of these options if you want to use a simple filter but do not have any filters defined already.
