Changing Your Password

You can change the password that you use to access a remote server. Your password is case-sensitive and can have up to 40 characters.

To change your password:

  1. Connect to the remote termbase using the Termbase Connection dialog box.

  2. In the Termbase Connection dialog box, click Change Password.

  3. The Change Password dialog box appears. Enter your old password and your new password.

  4. Reconfirm your new password by entering it again.

  5. Click OK to return to the Termbase Connection dialog box. Click OK again to return to the main MultiTerm interface.

Note: MultiTerm accepts alphanumeric characters in a password. Do not use any special characters in the password.
