Exporting from a Remote Termbase

You can only use the Export Wizard to export from a remote termbase if you are logged in with administrator rights. Otherwise the Export tab will not appear in the Termbase Catalogue dialog box.

To export from a remote termbase:

  1. Select Export Entries from the Termbase menu.

  2. The Termbase Catalogue dialog box should open, with the Export tab active.

  3. Select the export definition that you want to use from the list box. If you want to use a different export definition, click Create and use the Export Wizard.

  4. Click Process to start the export. The Export Wizard appears. To export from a remote termbase, enter a name for the file and click Browse to select the location.

  5. Follow the rest of the steps of the Export Wizard to complete the export.
