Exporting with Filters

You can export a filtered portion of your termbase .

To export with a filter:

1. Open the termbase from which you want to export the entries.

2. If you have not already defined the filter , use the Filter Wizard to create the filter that you need.

3. Select Export from the File menu. The Termbase Catalogue dialog box appears with the Export tab active.

4. Click Process. In step 2 of the Export Wizard, check the Apply Filter check box and select the filter that you want to use.

5. Follow the rest of the steps in the Export Wizard to complete the export.
