Importing with Filters

You can use a filter to only import those entries from your import file that are relevant to you.

To import with a filter:

1. Open the termbase into which you want to import the entries.

2. If you have not already defined the filter, use the Filter Wizard to create the filter that you need.

3. Select Import from the File menu. The Termbase Catalogue dialog box appears with the Import tab active.

4. Click Process. In step 2 of the Import Wizard, check the Apply Filter check box and select the filter that you want to use.

5. Follow the rest of the steps in the Import Wizard to complete the import.
