The Search for Incomplete Entries command (Search Menu)
Use the Incomplete Entries command
to find incomplete entries in the default termbase
These are entries that do not match the termbase
definition.
For example, an incomplete entry may be an entry that is missing a field
that is mandatory. This feature is useful for QA purposes.
This can happen after:
Entries were created
using the Quick Entry feature
in Microsoft Word.
Entries were created
after an import.
Entries were created
from within ExtraTerm.
Note: If you are searching for
incomplete entries, any filter
that you are currently using is not applied. All incomplete entries appear
in the hit list,
whether or not they match the current filter criteria.
