Filter definitions are managed from the Filter tab in the Termbase Catalogue dialog box. Select Filters from the Search menu to open the Termbase Settings Catalogue dialog box with the Filter tab active.

Create: |
Click Create to create a new filter definition. The Filter Wizard appears and guides you through the steps. |
|
Edit: |
Select a filter and click Edit to change an existing filter. The Filter Wizard appears and guides you through the steps. |
|
Delete: |
Select a filter and click Delete to delete an existing filter definition from a termbase. |
|
Load: |
Click Load to load a filter definition from outside the termbase. |
|
Save As: |
Select a filter and click Save As to save an existing filter under a different name. |
|
Activated |
Yes activates a selected filter. No deactivates a selected filter. |
