Parallel Searches

MultiTerm can run searches on multiple termbases. All standard searches are possible. If you choose to run a parallel search, each termbase is searched simultaneously and all the results are displayed together, no matter from which termbase they originated, in the Hit List pane. Placing the cursor on any term displays the name of the termbase that contains it.

To set your searches as parallel, use the Search Settings dialog box.

Any filter that you have activated in a termbase will be used in this search. However, using filters may cause the search to be slower.
