Clicking Search Termbase in the toolbar or menu allows you to search the termbase from within Microsoft Word. You can carry out a simple search, a wildcard search or a fuzzy search.
If you have not selected any text, the Search Termbase dialog box appears with the search box empty. Enter your search text and click OK. Check the Fuzzy Search check box if you want to carry out a fuzzy search.
If some text is selected in the currently open Microsoft Word document, the selected text is searched automatically in the currently selected source index.
The results are displayed in a hit list. The Search Termbase dialog box shows how may matches have been found in the target language and also lists the matches. By double-clicking a term in the list, you can paste it into the currently open Microsoft Word document. Clicking OK or Cancel closes the hit list.
