Sharing Project Files

Project files are in XML (Extensible Markup Language) format with an XDP extension.  You can copy and send the XML file to other users. This will give them your project settings, search settings and favourites list. However, the project file will not include the termbases themselves.

Users can only access termbases in your project if they have the correct access rights.
