All existing autogroups are displayed in "Select autogroup" list. If you select any of them, a list of application categories associated with this group appears in "Associated groups" window [3]</p> <p align="left">2. Toolbar. Using toolbar buttons you can add and delete autogroups, save them and write in template files. SWTT distribution pack includes three ready-made templates.</p> <p align="left">3. Associated groups window. A tree of categories associated with an autogroup selected in "Selected autogroup" drop-down box. If you want to delete a category, select it in the list and press ">>" button [5]. If you want to add a category, select it in "Available categories" window and press "&lt;&lt;" button. You can also use drag&amp;drop to add/delete categories belonging to a selected autogroup.</p> <p align="left">4. Available groups window shows application categories not associated with any autogroups.</p> <p align="left">5. Here are the buttons used to add/delete categories belonging to a selected autogroups (see [3]).</p> <hr noshade size="1" color="#000080"> <p align="left">Autogroups usage sample: if you want to track total time spent on working with email, but don't want to create a project and associate all mail clients with it, you can just add an autogroup called "Mail&amp;News" and add two program categories there: "Email&amp;News Readers" and "Chat". As soon as you do that, all mail clients will be automatically associated with this autogroup.</p> <hr noshade size="1" color="#000080"> <p align="left">Unmark &quot;<b>Use Autogroups&quot;</b> checkbox to disable automatic association of applications with autogroups.</p> <p align="left">By default all applications are always associated with autogroups. I.e. if you are working with a project that explicitly includes mail clients, SWTT will still associate them to "Mail&amp;News" autogroup. If you don't want this to be done, mark <b>Configure \ Other \ &quot;Use autogroups only if project &quot;Other Apps&quot; is active&quot;</b> checkbox.
