For example if you set the time interval of one hour, the report period shouldn't be longer than several days, but if you set one week interval, the report period can be as long as several months.</p> <hr noshade color="#008080"> <p><b><font size="4">Time usage diagram</font></b></p> <p>This report shows a timeline with marked projects (active up till the current moment). It helps you understand what exactly you were doing yesterday or today, how many breaks were there in your work, how often you switched from one project to another etc.</p> <p><b>Note: </b>This report is most useful when you set small time intervals (1-2 hours). Just set the report period from the date of last release to the current date and the list of changes will be ready. Add it to your program documentation, on you web-site, or just print it out.</p> <hr noshade color="#008080"> <p><b><font size="4">Working time distribution</font></b></p> <p>This report helps you visualize the amount of time spent on definite tasks (based on the list of tasks which you add in the course of your work in &quot;To-do list&quot;).</p> <p>This information is very useful for time consumption analysis. These reports can be imported into MS Excel XP, providing virtually unlimited abilities in analyzing your SWTT data.
